Campbell Scientific Australia has implemented a new RMA form and repair charging process in order to optimise our repairs turnover time.
Due to high admistrative overheads, CSA will now charge a minimum of 1 hour labour thus eliminating delays experienced in quoting.
Customers will have the option to select they maximum repair amount for any given item sent for repair.
