Allows the "Hop Table Version" and "Transmit Power" settings to be set and locked. The hop table version and transmit power of a locked RF450 should remain set / untouched even when a new OS is sent or "Factory Defaults" are applied. Transmit Power can be decreased from its locked setting, but not increased beyond it. The default for the RF450 is that it is "unlocked", and functions as the previous version of OS (V01). The Device Configuration Utility is use to make these changes.
