An FW1, FW3, FW05, FWTC1, FWTC3, or FWTC05 thermocouple returned to Campbell Scientific in serviceable condition will be repaired by our technicians. An RMA (Return Material Authorisation) is required.
An FW1, FW3, FW05, FWTC1, FWTC3, or FWTC05 thermocouple returned to Campbell Scientific in serviceable condition will be repaired by our technicians. A returned materials authorization (RMA) is required.
The FW-Series or FWTC-Series thermocouples must be returned to the factory in an FW/ENC or FWTC/ENC Carrying Case (each case holds four thermocouples). Probes returned to Campbell Scientific without this case will be shipped to the customer in a new case and the account charged accordingly.
