How can I log and check website hits from CSI Web Server?

Look at section 1.2.4 of the CSIWebs manual at https://s.campbellsci.com/documents/us/manuals/csi-web-server.pdf .  Setup your server so it captures the header traffic.  That should get you what you are looking for.
