Can't connect CR1000

Hi,

I have downloaded OS for my CR1000. After finish, I can't connect my CR1000.

I used "Device Configuration Utility" to download OS, and used "CR1000.Std.28".

I press connect button on "Device Configuration Utility", but "No response from the datalogger".

Help me.

Hello

when you update you datalogger the Baud Rate change to 115200 (you found Baud rate in Device Configuration Utility in bottom left), change it to 115200 to connect
