The CS703-MET2 is a high-end tipping bucket rain gage (0.2 mm tip) with a plastic base and bucket kit with mil-spec connector on the cable for attaching to a MET200 Core Unit. Cable length is 5 meters.
The CS703-MET2 is supplied with a CM240-KT mounting pole and levelling plate.
This sensor is only compatible with the MET200 system.

Detailed Description
For this version of the CS703, the cable has, instead of pigtails, a mil-spec connector for attachment to the MET200 Core Unit. Cable length is 5 meters.
The CS703-MET2 funnels precipitation into a bucket mechanism that tips when filled to its calibrated level. Each tip is marked by a dual reed switch closure that is recorded by the MET200 system datalogger.
The CS703-MET2 includes the levelling base kit CM240-KT.
