About Soil / Water Temperature Sensors
Thermistors, thermocouples, thermocouple wire, and averaging thermocouples are standard soil temperature sensors that are available. Campbell Scientific data loggers are capable of measuring most commercially available soil temperature sensors. The data logger's programmability allows a variety of measurement options and output in units of the user's choice (e.g., °C , °F, °K).
