What are the options for collecting data from a CR1000 over IP?

When using IP communications, data can be collected from a CR1000 using any of the following:

LoggerNet

SMTP transfer of data from a data logger to a computer
HTTP request of data from a data logger by a computer
Serial stream over IP socket from a data logger to a computer
