The COM310A enables anyone with a telephone to call a data logger and receive a verbal report of real-time site conditions. The data logger can be programmed to report specific conditions. A caller then can select specific information by pressing numbers on a touch-tone phone.

The COM310A can also be used to retrieve data from the data logger. Data transfer rates of 9600 and 1200 baud between data logger and PC are supported.
